Hotel Management
One system for hotel operations: room and conference booking, restaurant, staffing, time and attendance, and climate control.
The Problem
A hotel runs several businesses under one roof: rooms, conference spaces, a restaurant, and the staff who keep all of it moving. Those pieces usually live in separate tools — a booking engine, a spreadsheet for events, a POS in the kitchen, a punch clock in the back office, and a thermostat that nobody owns. Front desk could not see conference occupancy when they sold a room block. The restaurant did not know when a group was checking in. Managers scheduled shifts without a live view of who had already clocked in. Energy ran overnight in empty meeting rooms. They needed one operations desk: reservations, events, restaurant, staff, attendance, and climate — not six logins.
The Solution
We built a hotel management system around the work the property already does. Hotel booking covers reservation management with real-time availability, guest profiles, and automated check-in and check-out. Conference booking handles events with room scheduling, equipment, and catering so a meeting does not collide with a banquet next door. Staffing management covers scheduling, shifts, and performance so the roster matches occupancy, not a guess from last week. Restaurant management covers tables, menus, and kitchen workflow, tied to in-house guests and conference groups. Time and attendance is a digital stamp clock with automated time tracking, overtime, and attendance reports — the same staff record used for shifts. Climate control manages heat regulators with automated temperature and energy settings, so empty rooms are not heated as if they were full. All six sit in one product. The property does not replace its process. It stops running that process across disconnected systems.
The Results
Front desk, events, restaurant, and operations share one picture of the house: who is in a room, which conference is using which hall, and who is on shift. Check-in, event setup, and kitchen tickets no longer depend on someone forwarding an email. Attendance and overtime come from the clock, not a paper sheet. Climate follows occupancy instead of a fixed schedule. The hotel runs day-to-day operations from one system — rooms, conferences, restaurant, staff, and building — without us in the loop.
