The Problem
IT assets live in too many places. Hardware sits in one tool, software in a spreadsheet, and mobile subscriptions somewhere else. New hires are still provisioned by hand. Offboarding, leases, and returns are easy to miss. A lean IT team cannot keep up as headcount grows. Every laptop, license, and phone is another row to chase. Nothing is the single source of who has what, what it costs, or when it should come back. They needed one lifecycle: from purchase through use to end of life — not three systems and a shared drive.
The Solution
We built a platform that runs the IT lifecycle in one place: hardware, software and SaaS, and mobile subscriptions. Procurement is a company hardware store. Employees can choose devices within policy, or IT can buy centrally. Approvals, suppliers, and order tracking sit in the same flow, so a purchase becomes an asset instead of a ticket that dies in email. Asset management keeps the register: who has the device, serial and IMEI, lease terms, and what needs attention. Lifecycle workflows cover onboarding, upgrades, repairs, and offboarding. Devices can be returned, reassigned, refurbished, or disposed of with a trail. The same record covers software licenses and mobile plans, so a laptop is not useful without the right software, and a license is not left running after someone leaves. HR, MDM, and suppliers can connect so data does not have to be typed twice.
The Results
IT can see every device from purchase to end of life. Orders, assignments, and returns are not a side spreadsheet. When someone joins or leaves, the kit follows the person instead of a thread of reminders. The team runs procurement, assets, and lifecycle from one system — without us in the day-to-day.
